摘要
通过ε-己内酯和 1 1 -氨基十一酸的本体熔融聚合制备了一种新型的脂肪族聚酯 -酰胺共聚物 ,采用红外光谱 (FT- IR)、核磁共振 (1 H- NMR)、差热分析 (DSC)和热重分析 (TG)表征了材料的结构和热性能 。
In this paper, a new kind of aliphatic poly(ester amide) copolymers based on ε caprolactone and 11 aminoundecanoic acid were synthesized by melt polycondensation. The obtained copolymers were characterized by FT IR, 1H NMR, DSC, and TG. With the increase of aminoundecanoic acid content, the melting temperature, heat of fusion, crystallinity, and the onset temperature to decomposition of the copolymers increased accordingly. In vitro degradation was carried out in phosphate buffer saline (pH= 7.2 ,37 ℃). With the increase in aminoundecanoic acid, in vitro degradation rate decreases. Hydrolytic degradation rate increases with the decrease in the thickness of the sample and the increase of pH value of the medium. This copolymer undergoes surface erosion process when incubated in degradation medium.
