摘要
介绍由西门子公司引进的DJ1型电力机车辅助系统的冗余设计思想和辅助系统故障检测及故障处理方法,对部分设备故障情况下负载重新分配需要考虑的因素及系统状态进行了说明。设计达到了通过负载的重新分配,最大限度地为负载提供辅助电源的目的,同时其故障检测和诊断记录给机车运用检修提供了很好的基础依据。
The redundancy design ideas as well as the fault detection/processing method are presented for the auxiliary system of DJ1electric locomotive introduced from Siemens. Factors to be taken into consideration for the load redistribution in case of equipment failuresare listed. With the redundancy design, auxiliary power supply could be available for loads through load redistribution. The fault detectionand diagnosis records supply found basis for the locomotive operation and inspections.
