摘要
仪器利用石英晶体的温度——频率特性作为温度传感器来测量温度。采用双探头形式,可同时测量两点的温度或温差。在原理上,仪器利用频率合成技术使测温分辨力达到0.0001℃(1s计数闸门);利用计算机误差补偿技术,修正两探头的测温差异,提高双探头法测量温差的准确性。仪器在0-100℃的范围内,温差测量准确度达到±0.002℃。温度测量准确度为±0.05℃。
Based on the temperature-frequency characteristics of quartz crystal, this instrument incorporatesa dual probe system of quartz crystal and is able to measure temperature or temperature difference at twopoints simultaneously. Using the frequency synthesis technic, the measuring resolution of the instrumentreaches 0. 0001℃(1s counting strobe). The measuring error between two probes is corrected by computer-ized error compensation technic. The accuracy of the differential temperature measurement is ±0. 002℃ inrange of 0 to 100℃ and that of the temperature measurement is ±0. 05℃.
