诚信则兴,失信则衰(下)——汕头市社会信用体系建设调查的思考

Honesty Makes Prosperity, Incredibility Makes Decline──Considering the Investigation into Social Credit System Construction in Shantou

诚信则兴 ,失信则衰。信用缺失构成了当前经济发展的新“瓶颈” ,成为社会一大公害。倡导诚信 ,重建信用 ,已是刻不容缓的问题。本文将以汕头市社会信用体系建设的调查为依据 ,阐述失信对社会经济发展的严重危害 ,并总结汕头市“重建信用 ,重塑形象”的举措经验 ,同时得出几点启示 :一、信用建设是实践“三个代表”重要思想的必然要求 ;二、“诚信立业发展 ,失信受损衰败”是不以人们意志为转移的客观规律 ;三、“阳光政府”领导的社会信用体系建设必将取得成功。

Honesty makes prosperity, incredibility makes decline. The lack of credibility becomes 'bottleneck' of economic development at present, making public nuisance. This paper investigates into Shantou social credit system construction and expounds that incredibilit is harmful for the economic development. On the basis of the conclusion of successful experience in Shantou, we could get some enlightenment:(1)credibility construction is necessary requirement for applying 'Three Represents' to practice. (2)The fact that honesty and credibility makes development while incredibility makes decline is the objective law which could not be changed by human. (3)'Sunshine Government' will succeed in the social credit system construction.
