中国政府的文化范式就是马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”重要思想。政府文化直接关系到社会公众的信仰与理想 ,关系到整个社会的秩序与公正的理性原则 ,关系到社会的发展与稳定 ,社会的信用与公平 ,以及政府本身的服务与效率。

The Chinese government's culture is composed of four parts: Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Den Xiaoping Theory and Jiang Zhemin's 'The Three Representation'. The government's culture is directly concerned with the belief of the public, the principle of order and justice in the whole society, the development and the stability of the society, the credit and justice of the society and the service and efficiency of the government.
