Ethic Significance of Counter-Globalization

全球化实际上是一种综合的社会变迁。围绕全球化的功过得失 ,全球化和非全球化展开了激烈的角力。尽管从相互较量中 ,全球化潮流拥有后者无可比拟的优势 ,然而 ,非全球化运动却有着毫不逊色的道义力量。这种道义一方面抵御着全球化所标榜的新自由主义伦理 ,另一方面它又以对弱势团体的关怀、对资本意志的抗争和对人类环境的卫护等伦理意蕴 ,激发起人们的深思并成为现代性伦理学建构的宝贵资源。

Globalization is actually comprehensive transforming of the society. Focusing upon the merits and demerits of globalization, a heated struggle between globalization and counter-globalization is unfolding. Although globalization possesses prevalent advantage over counter-globalization, the ethical significance of the latter is by no means inferior to that of the former. On one hand that ethical identity constrains the neo-liberalism claimed by globalization, while on the other hand it evokes a far-reaching consideration and becomes valuable foundation of modern ethical formation by means of taking care of the weak, adopting capital-disoriented stance and advocating environmental protection.
