教育实习中指导教师的指导和协调作用

The Functions of Guidance and Collaboration for Supervisor in Teaching Practice

本文根据教育实习改革的要求 ,并结合珠江三角地区实习学校的具体情况 ,论述指导教师在新形式下必须充分发挥指导、协调作用 ,二者的有机结合对于教育实习顺利、持续、高效地开展有重要意义。

In facing the reform of teaching practice and combining practical circumstances of Pearl River delta area, the functions of guidance and collaboration for supervisor in teaching practice are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that the two functions must be fully brought into play, which play a key role to make teaching practice successful, continuous and effective.
