摘要
教师资格制度是我国教育法规定的教师三大制度之一 ,是我国教师走向职业化、专业化的必然产物。本文试图从我国现行的教育法律法规出发 ,分析在推行教师资格制度实践中存在的制度缺陷、资格认定程序欠规范、与教师聘任制度和职称评定制度衔接不上等问题 ,提出教师资格认定工作的制度化、规范化和经常化设想 ,从而达到进一步完善教师资格制度的目的。
The system of teaching qualification is one of the three systems in China's educational law. Its purpose is to make the teachers be professional person. In this article, the writer tried to point out some problems in the course of enforcement of the teaching qualification, such as the defects in its procedure, disjointment between evaluation and appointment, the measures should be taken to make the evaluation systematize, standardize and regularly practise.
