摘要
利用 1 989~ 1 999年 5~ 9月资料 ,从地理环境条件、天气背景及降水资源条件、研究基地开展对流云人工增雨可能性 ,对江淮地区建立对流云人工增雨技术研究基地进行了分析。分析表明 :该地区实验期有足够的对流云可供开展人工增雨研究 。
By means of the large quantity of history data, considering the geographical and environmental conditions, weather background and precipitation resources, a research is conducted on the feasibility of the establishment of the convective cloud precipitation enhancement technique research base in the Changjiang and Huaihe River region. The results indicate that there are enough covective clouds for carrying out rain enhancement operation in the region and it is a suitable location for establishing the convective cloud precipitation enhancement technique research base.
