早期高血压主动脉单核细胞趋化因子-1的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨高血压早期主动脉壁单核细胞趋化因子 1(MCP 1)的表达。方法 :用原位杂交和RT PCR方法检测急性期两肾一夹 ( 2K1C)高血压大鼠在血压升高不同时间主动脉壁MCP 1的表达。结果 :正常血压大鼠主动脉壁无MCP 1的表达 ;在 2K1C大鼠高血压形成一周 ,主动脉壁MCP 1即有表达 ,并随时间延长 ,其表达持续增加。结论 :提示高血压早期即有主动脉壁MCP 1的表达 ,并随时间延长增加 ,这可能与其加速动脉粥样硬化形成有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) of aorta wall in acute phase of hypertension in rats with 2 kidney and 1 clip(2K1C).Method The MCP-1 mRNA on aorta wall was detected by in situ hybridization and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results No MCP-1 was expressed in normal rat, but it was expressed on the aorta wall of rats in 1 week after 2K1C hypertensive model was formed.The expression of MCP-1 increased with the development of hypertension.Conclusion The expression of MCP-1 on aorta wall of 2K1C hypertensive rats increases in the early stage of hypertension,which may play an important role in accelerating atherosclerosis.
