三电极26mm全静电摄像管设计与研究

摘要 采用计算机辅助设计,分析了三电极结构全静电摄像管的结构参量和电参量对扫描电子束的聚焦、偏转等电子光学特性的影响。设计出26 mm(1英寸)全静电摄像管,并制成了3只试验样管。经测试,400电视行时的中心调制度可达40%,畸变小于1%,信号均匀,没有阴影。讨论了进一步提高其性能的可能途径。 The influence of the configurational and electrical parametersof all-electrostatic camera tube with three electrodes on the focusing and de-flecting properties of the election beams is discussed by CAD. 26 mm(1 inch)camera tube is designed, and three expetimental sample tubes are made. Thetest results of the experimental tubes are as follows:amplitude response valueis 40 percent at 400 TV Lines in the picture center,geometrical distortion isless than 1 percent,signals are uniform and free from shading. The possibleways to improve the properties of the tube are discussed.
