摘要
技术创新是企业发展的动力 ,知识管理是企业发展的翅膀 ,社会经济的发展变化使企业的技术创新与知识管理的共生成为一种趋势。这种共生需要一定的包括宏观介质与微观介质的环境与之匹配 ,培养共生的土壤。
Technical innovation is a driving force for enterprise development while knowledge management is a propeller for enterprise development.Socio-economic development has conceived a trend toward symbiosis between technical innovation and knowledge management.This symbiosis needs a suitable environment including both macro-media and micro-media.
