狼疮肾炎患者肾组织CD_(134)(OX_(40))表达的免疫组织化学分析

Immunohistologic Analysis of RenalCD_(134)(OX_(40)) Expression in Lupus Nephritis

目的 :了解狼疮肾炎 (LN)肾组织中CD13 4 (OX40 )的表达并探讨其与LN肾脏病理改变和肾功能损害的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法对 4 0例LN患者肾组织CD13 4 的表达进行检测 ,并对其与LN的肾脏病理改变和肾功能损害的相关性进行分析。结果 :LN患者肾组织中 ,CD13 4 表达显著上调 ,尤其以WHOⅣ型LN更为明显。除系膜细胞、内皮细胞和远曲小管CD13 4 表达明显增强外 ,肾间质毛细血管和大血管内皮细胞亦有CD13 4 表达阳性的浸润细胞。LN肾组织CD13 4 表达与LN肾脏病理活动指数和肾功能损害显著相关。结论 :LN患者确实存在CD13 4 共刺激分子的异常表达 。

Objective:To investigate the role of CD 134 (OX 40 ) in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis(LN).Methods: Renal in situ CD 134 expression was examined in 40 LN patient biopsy specimens by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between CD 134 expression and renal pathologic changes, renal injuries were analyzed.Results:Compared with normal kidney, glomerular and tubular CD 134 expression was markedly up-regulated in class ⅣLN,where there was intense staining of endothelial cell,distal tubules,and interstitial mononuclear cell.The CD 134 expression of glomerular and tubular were closely related to the disease active index and functional lesion in LN,respectively. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of costimulatory molecule CD 134 is well evidenced in LN. This may play an important role in the pathogenesis of LN.
