摘要
该文以甜菜渣为原料,进行了氧化生产草酸的反应条件研究。在探索性实验研究基础上,以草酸得率为指标,采用正交试验方法进行了寻求最优反应条件的研究,得到了其优化反应条件:反应温度为50℃、反应系数为12、混酸配比25:45:30、反应时间为16 h。经过重复性验证,实验结果令人满意,在优化条件下草酸得率平均达62.5%。
This paper employs the waste of sugar beet as raw material andstudies the condition of oxidation reaction to make oxalic acid, using explorato-ry experiments,taking the production ratio of oxalic acid as quota and accord-ing to the orthogonal test. The paper has made research to seek the best reac-tion condion and obtained the following: reaction temperature 50℃, the ratiomixed acid to sugar beet pulp 12,concentration of HNO_3 and H_2SO_425: 45 :30, reaction time 16 h. Repeated experiments acquired satisfactory results,pro-duction ratio of oxalic acid is 62. 5% under the best reaction condition.
