Factors and Models of Human Capital Formation of Chinese Entrepreneurs

通过分析影响企业家人力资本形成的五大因素 ,即经营自主权、制度因素、市场竞争程度、社会关系网络和企业家人力资本投资 ,建立中国企业家人力资本形成的一般模型 ,分为计划经济时期模型、转轨时期模型、市场经济模型。中国当前正处于从计划经济模型全面向市场经济模型的过渡时期 ,这是至关重要的而且是走向市场经济模型的必经阶段。

This paper analyzes the five major factors influencing the human capital formation of entrepreneurs, such as the rights of operational decision_making, systematical factors, degrees of market competitions, networks of social relationship and human capital investment of entrepreneurs, to set up the general models of human capital format of Chinese entrepreneurs, classified into planned economy model, transitional period model, and market economy model. China is now in the transition from planned economy to market economy, and this is an essential and necessary phase for China to move to market economy model.
