摘要
结合商品水的特性 ,分析了影响水价的因素、确定水价的原则及水资源价格的制定方法 ,指出制定合理水价应以成本核算为基础 ,加上水资源自身价值所反映出的价格。
Combining with the characteristics of water commodity, this article analyzes the factors that affect the water price, principles in setting water price, and ways to determine the price. It reveals that the reasonable water price in China should be settled by cost accounting plus water value reflected by its resources.
