摘要
应用YAG激光于白内障囊外摘除和后房人工晶体植入后的后囊膜混浊手术11例,经治疗视力均有显著提高,未发现并发症。对治疗中激光可能对人工晶体产生的影响进行了讨论,并给出了激光治疗时不损伤晶体的安全激光能量值。
YAG laser operations on eleven cases for the posterior capsularopacifications after the extracapsular cataract extraction and the posteriorchamber artificial lens implantation are reported. The petient's vision afterthis treatment rises obviously, and complications are not discovered. The in-fluence of the curing laser upon the artificial IOL is discussed, and a securerange of laser energy by which IOL is not damaged during treatment is given.
