虾池的蟹类及其药物杀灭

摘要 对山东半岛南海岸3个地点虾池内的蟹类组成、分布和携带病毒的情况进行了调查,并用敌百虫和次氯酸钠对天津厚蟹(Helicana fridens)进行了杀灭试验。发现虾池内的蟹类组成相对简单,蟹洞分布 85%集中在水位线以上 100 cm至水位线下 30 cm区域内;敌百虫对天津厚蟹的 96 h半致死浓度 LTD_(50)(96 h)=1.25×10^(-6),96 h全部将天津厚蟹杀死的浓度为 2.75×10^(-6);次氯酸钠(以有效氯计)对天津厚蟹的 72 h半致死浓度为 LTD_(50)(72 h)=63.8×10^(-6),72 h内将天津厚蟹全部杀死的浓度为 111.1×10^(-6)。 The specieses, distribution and virus infection of crabs in shrimp ponds at three sites along the south coast of Shangdong peninsula were investigated, and the experiments of medical elimination of crab, Helicana fridens, were conducted . It was found that the specieses of crabs in shrimp ponds are simple, and the crab caves were concentrate mostly on the pond walls between 100 cm above and 30 cm below water line. The LTD50 (96 h) of diperterex for Helicana fridens is 1.25 × 10-6. To kill all the H. fridens in 96 hours, the concentration of 2.75× 10-6 is needed. The LTD50 (72 h)of natrii hypochlorosum for H. fridens is 63.8× 10-6. To kill all the H. fridens in 96 hours, the concentration of 111. 1× 10-6 is needed.
