矩形-圆形槽波导结的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在圆形槽波导微波、毫米波器件中,常遇到矩形-圆形槽波导结的问题.应用模式匹配法,分析了矩形-圆形槽波导结的散射特性,讨论了圆形槽波导中放置带有矩形窗的膜片问题,进行了实验测量.理论分析结果与测量数据吻合.
