烧结SrRuO_3的交流磁化率

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了SrRuO_3样品,利用物理性质测量系统(PPMS)测量了样品在不同直流偏磁场下的交流磁化率随温度的变化关系曲线.磁化率曲线在居里温度附近呈现一个尖锐的峰,峰的位置随直流偏磁场的增加而复杂变化. The SrRuO3 sample was prepared by a solid-state reaction. The ac susceptibility at different bias field was measured at various temperatures by using a PPMS magnetometer. The curve of acsuscepti-bility versus temperature shows a sharp peak near Curie temperature. The locus of the peak changes with the bias field.
