摘要
目的:观察电针对脑缺血-再灌注损伤的防护作用及可能机制。方法:采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成的脑缺血-再灌注损伤模型,测定电针穴位前后海马内MDA含量和SOD、GSH-PX活性。每日电针双侧"百会"、"风池"、"大钟"及"足三里"穴30min,持续7和14d,疏-密波频率:2~20Hz,强度:2 0A。结果:电针能降低缺血-再灌注组大鼠海马MDA含量、提高SOD及GSH-PX活性。结论:电针穴位能提高动物脑海马内氧化酶活性、抑制自由基生成。
Aim: To study the protective effects of electroacupuncture bilateral points on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and its mechanism in rats. Methods: Using animal models of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, measured MDA content and SOD, GSH-PX activity in hippocampus of the rats. Electroacupuncture bilateral points of 'Baihui, Fengchi, Dazhong, Zusanli' 30 min everyday and last 7 and 14 d, frequency:2~20 Hz and intensity :2.0 A. Results: Electroacupuncture could decrease MDA content and increase SOD、GSH-PX activity in ischemic-reperfusion group. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture bilateral points have protect effects on the model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. The protection mechanism may relate to its antioxidation.
