人类微小病毒B19感染与儿童肾脏病的关系

摘要 目的 探讨人类微小病毒B1 9感染与儿童肾脏病的关系。方法 采用巢式聚合酶链反应(Nested PCR)技术对 1 0 6例肾脏病患儿进行血清B1 9DNA检测。结果  1 0 6例肾脏病患儿血清B1 9DNA阳性率为 2 4 5 % ,而 1 0 0例同龄健康儿童的B1 9阳性率为 5 % ;其中急性肾小球肾炎 2 9 54 % (1 3/ 4 4 )、原发性肾病综合征 2 2 6 % (7/ 31 )、不明原因血尿 2 0 % (1 / 5)、尿路感染 1 4 3 % (2 / 1 4 )、狼疮肾炎 33 3 % (2 / 6)、紫癜性肾炎 2 5 % (1 / 4 )。结论 微小病毒B1 9感染在儿童肾脏疾病中较为常见 。 Objective To study the association of human parvovirus B19 infection with a variety of kidney diseases in children.Methods One hundred and six serum speciemens from children with kidney diseases were tested with nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and 100 healthy children served as controls for the tests.Results The positive rates of B19DNA in 106 patients was 24.5%(26/106) that was higher than that in healthy children(5%,P<0.01).There were 13 positive for B19 DNA in 44 acute glumerulonephritis(29.54%),7 in 31 primary nephrotic syndromes(22.6%),1 in 5 unknown cause hematuriaes(20%),2 in 14 urinary tract infections(14.3%),2 in 6 lupus nephritis(33.3%),1 in 4 Schǒnlein Henoch purpuric nephritis(25%).Conclusion Human parvovirus B19 is a common infection among children with kidney diseases.The effect on a variety of kidney diseases needs further research.
