抚触对低体重儿神经精神及体格发育的影响

Influence of stroking and touch on neuropsychosis and physical development of low-weight babies

目的 探讨抚触对低体重儿神经精神及体格发育的影响。方法 2 0项新生儿行为神经评分法对观察组 2 3例低体重儿抚触组、2 0例低体重儿未抚触对照组进行测评 ,对比观察两组婴儿身长、体重增长。结果 抚触组 2 0项新生儿行为神经评分优于未抚触组 ,两者差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5) ,体重增长差异亦有显著意义。结论 抚触对低体重儿的神经精神发育有明显的促进作用 。

Objective To explore the influence of stroking and touch on neuropsychosis and physical development of low weight babies.Methods Twenty points of nerve and action assessment for neonatal baby were measured in low weight babies who were divided into two groups including stroking & touch group(n=23) and control group(n=20).The differences of growth and weight increasing of the two groups was compared.Results The 20 points of nerve and action assessment for neonatal baby in the stroking & touch group were better than those in control group with a significant differences(P<0.05),and so do the weight increasing.Conclusion Stroking and touch has a significant influence of promotion to neuropsychosis of low weight baby,which is more significant than the influence to physical development.
