坦索罗辛联合黄酮哌酯治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻86例报告

Treatment of female bladder neck obstruction with tansulosin and flavoxate:Report of 86 cases

目的 评价盐酸坦索罗辛联合黄酮哌酯治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的临床疗效。方法 86例病人给予口服盐酸坦索罗辛、黄酮哌酯治疗 ,比较治疗前后剩余尿量、最大尿流率及平均尿流率。结果 治疗 1周后 ,自觉症状明显改善 ,剩余尿量显著减少 ,最大尿流率及平均尿流率均有明显改善。结论 盐酸坦索罗辛与黄酮哌酯联合应用 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tansulosin treatment female bladder neck obstruction.Methods Eighty six cases of female bladder neck obstruction were treated with tansulosin and flavoxate orally.Residual urine volume,Qmax and Qave were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results One week after therapy.The symptoms in patients with female bladder neck obstruction were improved dramatically.Rresidual urine volume were reduced and Qmax and Qave index were improved.Conclusion Tansulosin combined with flavoxate was an ideal therapy for the patients with female bladder neck obstruction slightly or the patients refused to receive the operation.
