Surgical treatment of 612 cases of hyperthyroidism

目的 探讨甲状腺机能亢进症的术前准备和手术治疗最佳方式。方法 收集 1 984年 1月至2 0 0 1年 1 2月 61 2例甲状腺机能亢进症手术病人的资料并进行分析。结果 对 61 2例术后病人平均随访 2 5个月 ,治愈率 99 1 %。

Objective To study the best preoperative preparations and surgical treatment methods to treat hyperthyroidism.Methods The data of 612 cases of hyperthyroidism treated surgically from 1984 to 2001 was analyzed.Results All the patients were follow up surveyed with average 25 months,and the curative rate was 99.1%.Conclusion Full preoperative preparation and the best surgical methods are the keys for the satisfied therapy results.
