中药治疗慢性附件炎性包块临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of chronic inflammatory masses of ovarian appendages with traditional Chinese medicine

目的 探讨中药治疗慢性附件炎性包块的临床疗效。方法 将 96例气滞血瘀型慢性附件炎性包块病人随机分为口服中药治疗组 (n =62 )和静脉注射抗生素对照组 (n =34)进行对照研究。结果 治疗组有效为 93 55 % ,对照组有效率为 41 1 8% ;治疗组月经失调、痛经、腰痛及下腹疼痛等伴随症状的治愈率分别为 70 0 %、50 0 %、93 5 % ,对照组分别为 2 5 0 %、2 0 0 %、1 1 8%。两组治疗效果比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 中药治疗慢性附件炎性包块 ,疗效好 ,无毒副反应 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating chronic inflammatory masses of ovarian appendages.Methods Ninety six cases of chronic inflammatory masses of appendages(blood stasis due to stagnation of qi type) were divided radomly into two groups.In group one(n=62) the patients were given traditional Chinese medicine oraly.In group two(n=34) the patients were treated with antibiotics injected intravenously as control.Results The effective rate in group one was 93.55% while in group two(control) was 41.18%.The curative rates of menstrual disorder,menalgia,lumbago and hypogastralgia were 70.0%,50.0%,93.5% respectively while in control group were 25.0%,20.0% and 11.8%.The difference of the curative effect was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating chronic inflammatory masses of appendages with traditional Chinese medicine may result in better curative effect without side effect and toxicity,which should be widely spreaded.
