摘要 HACCP是一种简便、合理而专业性又很强的先进的食品安全质量控制体系.该体系是强调企业自身的作用,而不是依靠对最终产品的检测或政府部门取样分析来确定产品的质量. HACCP is an effective system in testing the quality of food, which was made when Americans developed their space food. It is simple and convenient and becoming popular, as people pay more attention to the safety of food. HACCP can find the harmful factors in the course of processing easily to avoid the unhealthy food entering market. The system emphasized own function of enterprises, so it is convenient to ensure the quality of food, before the testing from concerned department.
