出口:先要认“门”——中国肉类协会常务副会长邓富江访谈

摘要 我国肉类食品年产量2002年已达6333万吨,占世界肉类总产量的四分之一以上,是名副其实的肉类大国.但出口只占世界的1%,真是少得可怜.其中可有什么奥妙,这是记者请教中国肉类协会常务副会长邓富江,有关我国肉业发展的又一个问题.(以下记者简称记,邓富江简称邓) In 2002, Chinese output of meat has made up more than 25 percent over the word. However, it is puzzling that the export just exceeds 1 percent. When asked the problem, Deng Fujiang vice president of China Meat association gave us the answer. First, domestic market consumes majority meat because of large population. Second, Chinese meat lacks of competitive power comparing with foreign high-quality products. Our standard is not fit for international needs, for there is not the integrated law to manage the meat processing. It is an opportunity China joining into WTO as World can know of China while China learn from world.
