摘要
本文利用均方逼近原理分别对圆度、素线直线度、圆柱度误差的评定进行了研究。推出了适用于单螺旋线测量法和双截面加单螺旋线测量法以及双螺旋线测量法确定理想轴线的参数公式,这些公式简单可靠、易于编制计算机程序、评定速度快,对于圆柱度仪配微型机或实现准在线测量圆柱面的形状误差具有较大的使用价值。
This paper investigates the evaluation of roundness, straightness of elements and cylindricity for cylindrical surfaces respectively according to the principle of mean square approximation. The authors have derived the formulas of determining the parameters of a virtual axis corresponding to the measuring methods, such as single helical line, and double helical lines, which are simple and reliable, easy programming and fast evaluating, and very useful for a cylindricity measuring instrument with microcomputer system or on-line measuring form errors for cylindrical surfaces.
