LIF,VEGF,CD57和CD68在大鼠胚胎移入小鼠子宫后的表达 被引量:3

摘要 种间妊娠失败是异种克隆的主要障碍.为探讨种间妊娠失败的原因,将大鼠囊胚移入假孕第3天的小鼠子宫内.以前的研究显示,大鼠胚胎只能在小鼠子宫内发育到第9天.本实验结果表明,异种胚胎移植后母胎界面CD57和CD68分子表达较同种移植的增强.免疫组织化学和免疫印迹研究均显示,异种胚胎移植后白血病抑制因子(LIF)表达增强,但血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达下降.在体外共培养系统中,大鼠外胎盘锥在小鼠子宫蜕膜细胞上黏附率、扩展率和扩展面积较同种的显著降低.这些结果提示,大、小鼠种间妊娠中免疫排斥反应增强,异种胚胎侵入能力降低,可能是导致大、小鼠种间妊娠失败的重要原因.
