可靠性工程在冶金企业设备管理上的应用

摘要 简要阐述了可靠性工程的几个基本概念 ,并应用于冶金企业的设备管理中去 ,把对系统设备或单台设备的状况描述从定性转为定量 ,从而科学地编制对系统设备或单台设备维修管理的最佳结构模式 ,并以此来指导设备维修 ,以保证系统设备的可靠性 ,使系统设备在经济运行的条件下为企业创造最佳的生产效益 ,并推动冶金企业设备管理工作向现代化方向发展。 Several basic concept of reliability engineering is described, which applied into equipment management in metallurgical enterprises. Status presentation of system equipment were changed from qualitative to quantitative with the result that optimum pattern of system equipment maintenance and management can be scientifically worked out. Hence the effective control and management on system equipment operation can bring optimum production profit for the company owning to its economic operation and promote the development of equipment management in metallurgical plant progressing toward modernization.
