流体机械转速的完全非接触式测量技术

摘要 提出了完全非接触方式测量转速的新技术,用于三相异步电机直接驱动的流体机械。藉电机外泄磁场中的转差与电网频率信息,通过微机处理,直接显示出电机转速、转差率和电网频率,为潜水电泵等密闭式流体机械,提供了精度为±0.05%的可靠的测速技术,为三相异步电机直接驱动的机器转速测量,消除了安置常规测速传感器可能带来的不便。 A new technique of measuring rotational speed suited for fluid machinery driven directly by the a.c. electromotor with completely noncontacting method is advanced. This technique is based on the principle that the information of the speed difference frequency and the power source frequency in the magnetic field, let out from the electromotor, is treated through the microprocessor and displays the rotational speed of the electromotor, slip ratio and the power source frequency. This will give a reliable speed-measuring technique (accurate to ±0.05%) to the closed fluid machine, such as diving pump, etc. Meanwhile, this technique will eliminate the inconveniency of mounting conventional measuring transmitter for measuring the rotational speed of the machine, driven directly from the a.c. three-phase electromotor.
