摘要
目的 :了解支气管哮喘患儿发病与饮食等因素的关系。方法 :采用自行拟定的“儿童哮喘饮食等相关因素的研究”问卷 ,对2~14岁的232例哮喘儿童进行调查。结果 :大部分哮喘患儿存在家族或个人过敏史及不良的饮食习惯。在常见的20种可能诱发或加重哮喘的食物中虾、蟹、海腥及冷饮所占比例最高。结论 :哮喘患儿多具有特异性体质 ;存在不良的饮食习惯 ;动物蛋白引起的特异性效应与其它食物引起的非特异性效应在哮喘发病中均起重要作用 ,对青少年儿童哮喘患者应注意其良好饮食习惯的培养及饮食结构的调整 ,对预防哮喘发生及病情的控制有着非常重要的意义。
Objective:To understand the relationship between diet factors and the pathogensis of children's asthma.Methods:232 children with bronchial asthma,2~14 years old,were surveyed by questionnaires“The Research of Diet Factors on Children's Asthma”.Results:Most children with bronchial asthma have family or individual allergic history and bad diet habit.During those diet factors which can lead to or aggravate asthma,shrimp,crab,sea food and cold drink account for a lot.Conclusions:Most children with bronchial asthma have allergic constitution and bad diet habit.Diet factors have important roles in the pathogenesis of childhood asthma.Good diet habit and proper diet structure have dramatic significance in preventing asthma attack and controlling the state of asthma.
