摘要
为研究焊接矩形管结构设计中的关键问题———节点受力性能 ,利用非线性有限元分析方法 ,采用典型节点分析与较大规模几何参数分析相结合的研究手段 ,对一杆等宽 β2 ≤ 0 8的间隙K型方管节点的静力工作性能进行了研究 .不仅跟踪了节点荷载 -位移曲线的全过程 ,而且全面考察了主要参数对节点刚度、极限承载力、变形、失效模式等方面的影响 ,并将分析结果与CIDECT公式计算结果相比较 ,得出控制此类节点的失效模式主要是弦杆表面塑性失效。
The key to the design of a hollow structural section (HSS) structure is its static behavior. A nonlinear finite element analysis was conducted for the static behavior of gapped K-type RHS joints with one full-width branch β2&le0.8 by using a typical joint analysis and a large-scale variable parameter analysis. Both the upward and downward phases of the curve of load and displacement are traced, and the influence of main parameters on the joint's stiffness, ultimate capacity, deformation and failure modes are studied. The comparison of FEA results with CIDECT formula results shows that the plastic failure of chord section surface, the shear failure of the entire chord section or a combination of them are the main failure modes of the joint.
