乳腺癌根治术后引流管的护理

Nursing of drainage tube in patiets with breast cancer ectomy

目的 :探讨乳腺癌根治术后引流管护理特点。方法 :通过 4 a来 93例乳腺癌根治术后引流管护理总结 ,分析引流时间 ( 3d)、引流量以及颜色的变化关系。结论 :随着时间的推移 ,引流量变少 ,颜色变淡 ;若引流量过大超过 2 0 0m L / 2 4 h,应警惕有活动性出血的可能 ;若引流量过少 ,少于 2 0 m L / 2 4 h,应考虑和观察是否负压不适宜。

Objective: To study the feature of nursing of drainage tube in patients with breast cancer ectomy.Methods:93 cases of nursing of drainage tube in patients with breast cancer ectomy in our departments in last 4 years were analyzed retrospectively.To study the relation of changing between drainage times,quantities and colors.Conclusion:The time was over,the drainage quantities was decreased,the color was thinned.If the drainage quantities were over 200 mL/24 h,it would mean that operative position was bleeding,if the drainage quantities were under 20 mL/24 h,it would mean that drainage tube was obstruction,should be find out the reason.
