镍络硫代双烯型红外染料的合成及其在激光调Q中应用 被引量:7

Syntheses and Application to the Passive Q-Switch for Laser of Nickel Complex IR Dyes

摘要 合成了8个化学结构为(RCSCSR′)_2Ni(R和R′分别为苯基和取代苯基)的近红外染料,它们最大吸收波长在875~1170nm之间。将它们作为染料Q开关用于Nb:YAG及Nd:YAP激光器上,获得满意的调Q效果。调Q脉宽为4~6ns。 A series of near IR dyes with general formula (RCSCSR′)_2 Ni, in which R is phenyl and R′ is substituted phenyl, were synthesized.The maximum IR absorption wavelengths of these dyes are between 875 and 1170nm. The results of using the dyes as the passive Q-switching for Nd:YAG and Nd:YAP laser were satisfactory, and their pulse durations are 4~6 ns.
