通过文献资料法、查询法、分析和综合法对世界足球强国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理体制与中国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析、比较和论述 ,就中国借鉴国外足球强国对裁判的管理方法和经验 ,制定适合我国职业足球比赛的裁判员管理体制 ,保障我国职业足球比赛裁判队伍的公正和纯洁 ,促进我国职业足球运动的健康发展提出了合理化建议。

By using literature,inquiry and comprehensive methods,the paper analyzed and comparied the managemant system of football judge in powerful nation and the management present situation and main question of professional football judge in China.And put forwards some suggestion that management methods and experiences for football judge,formulated the management system for professional football match,garantee the fairness and pure of judge troops and promoted the development of professional football movement.
