摘要
运用管理学、心理学的研究方法 ,对我国体育科研领域的各因素及子因子进行了全面、深入的调查研究 ,发现科研人员对我国科研机构中诸因素的评价并不是很高 ,与他们的理想得分相差甚远。同时科研人员对其自身人力发挥情况评价并不是很高 ,并提出了对策和建议。
Using the methods of Administration science and sociology to investigation and study factors and sub-factors of Chinese science research fields, We find that appraised factors is not high in research fields compare with their assessment scores very low and they appraise themselves low Finally author according to dicussing put forward suggestion and countermeasure
