白内障超声乳化术初期98例并发症分析

Clinical analysis of complications in cataract emulsification.

目的 探讨避免晶状体乳化吸出手术并发症的方法。方法 对422例(447眼)超声晶状体乳化吸出术中发生并发症的98例进行原因分析。结果 术中并发症:环形撕囊失败9眼(2.01%),晶状体后囊破裂32眼(7.15%),虹膜损伤6眼(1.34%),人工晶状体袢折断2眼(0.4%)。术后并发症:角膜水肿35眼(16.55%),葡萄膜反应12眼(15.21%),视网膜脱离1眼(0.2%),顽固性葡萄膜炎1眼(0.2%)。结论 只有经过认真训练才能减少并发症。

Objective To investigate how to reduce and prevent complications of phacoemulsification. Methods The causes of different complications in 447 eyes(422 cases) having undergone phacoemulsification were analyzed. Results Intraoperatively, the common complications of pha-coemulsifications were failure of CCC in 9 eyes(2.01% ) .posterior cap-sular rupture in 32 eyes(7.15% ), iris damage in 6 eyes( 1.34% ) , broken of IOL haptic in 2 eyes(0.4% ) .The common complications after the operation were endothelial edema in 35 eyes(16.55% ) ,iris reflection in 12 eyes (15.21% ), retinal detachment in 1 eye (0. 2 %), stubborn inflammation of iris in 1 eye (0. 2 %). Conclusion Continuous circular capsulorhexis and emulsification of lens nucleus are critical to this surgery.The incidence of the complications were higher in beginners.
