玻璃体腔注气术治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离

Clinical observation of intravitreous injection of gas in macular hole with retinal detachment.

目的 评价玻璃体腔注气术治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离的效果。方法 单纯性黄斑孔者行玻璃体腔注气或玻璃体切除加注气术,合并其它部位裂孔者,先采用常规凝固方法将这些裂孔封闭,再行玻璃体腔气体注入。结果 63例64眼黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离,56眼黄斑孔闭合,治愈率87.5%。术后视力不同程度提高者46眼(71.8%)。结论 玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离能使大部分病例(87.5%)获得治愈。

Objective To evaluate the effects of intravitreous injection of gas in macular hole with retinal detachment. Methods In macular hole with retinal detachment, simple intravitreous gas was injected, in retinal detachment of macular hole with peripheral retinal hole, the scleral buckling or scleral encircling procedure was performed firstly, next intravitreous gas was injected. Results In 64 eyes (63 cases) macular hole with retinal detachment, the hole in 56 eyes were closed, the vision of post-operation increased in most cases. Conclusion Intravitreous injection of gas in cases of macular hole with retinal detachment is simple , effective, and valuable to be applied extensively.
