蛋白酶水解铬革屑所得胶原蛋白产物分子量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用经典凝胶柱层析和凝胶电泳相结合的方法 ,对蛋白酶水解铬革屑所得胶原蛋白产物进行了分子量测定 ,并用高效毛细管电泳法进行对比验证。研究表明 :在本文建立的水解条件下 ,水解产物中分子量为5 0 0 0 0 - 70 0 0 0 D之间的占 10 .7%,2 0 0 0 0 - 30 0 0 0 D之间的占 89.3%。 The molecular weight (MW) of the collagen hydrolyzed from chrome shavings catalysed by protease was determined through classical gel filtration chromatography (GFC) combined with sodium dodecyl sulpate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Furthermore, the effects were contrasted by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE). The study showed that in the products peptides with MW between 50 000 to 70 000D were 10.7% , between 20 000 to 30 000D were 89.3%.
