Development of the fur-vacuum processing equipment with drying, milling and removing the grease(three-in-one)

介绍了一种新型多功能毛皮加工设备的结构、工作原理以及工作特性。该设备主要由一个加热外筒体和一个转动内筒 (转笼 )组成 ,可对毛皮同时进行真空干燥、摔软、转锯末除油三工序合一加工 ,简化了工艺过程 ,缩短了生产周期 ,提高了生产效率 ,而且加工质量好。

The structure, working principle and specific property of a new fur-processing equipment are introduced. It is composed of a outer-cylinder and a inner-tumbler(cage). The equipment can be used to accomplish fur-vacuum drying, milling and removing the grease only once (three-in-one). Using the equipment, the technological process of fur-drying and dressing is simplified, the period of process is cut down, the productivity is raised, and the quality of products is improved.
