摘要
本文介绍了基于高聚物膜渗透原理而建立的外渗式水渗透管微量水发生装置。当载气流量恒定在1200mL/min、压力恒定在196kPa,而恒温槽的温度在(35~80)℃变化时,能发生水蒸气含量为(50~2000)ppmγ的气体。用重量湿度计定值,单点不确定度为±1.0%;宽范围为±3.0%。用精密露点温度计定值,宽范围不确定度为±4.0%。该装置已列入温度检定系统,作为湿度标准计量器具。
A humidity generator of the permeable tube based on the membrane permeation principle of polymeric material is presented. When the carry-gas flow (1200 mL/min) and pressure (196.1 kPa) are constant and the temperature of water-bath changes from 35℃ to 80℃, the wet-gas with water-vapor content from 50 to 2000 ppm can be generated. The uncertainties of water vapor content are±1.0% (at single point) and ±3.0% (at wide ranges) by gravimetric hygrometer, and also ±4.0% (at wide ranges) by precision dew-point hygrometer.
