医疗保险制度改革前后我院部分质控指标的对比分析

Comparative analysis on part of quality control indexes in our hospital before and after medical insurance system was conducted

通过对2002年与2001年上半年同期部分质控指标进行对比分析,初步探讨北京京煤集团总医院医疗保险制度改革后指标变动情况。其结果是:门诊量呈下降趋势;病房与医技工作效率略有增幅。针对变动结果,探讨如何更好地利用医疗资源,为患者服务,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。

Through comparative analysis on part of quality control indexes between the same periods of 2002 and the first half of 2001, the article initially explores the changes of relevant indexes in General Hospital of Beijing Jingmei Group before and after medical insurance system was conducted. The results are: outpatient service declines; inpatient and medical technical service increase slightly. According to the results, it explores how to make a better use of medical resources to serve the patients and improve the social benefits and economic benefit.
