摘要从 1994 - 2 0 0 2年 ,从墨西哥到阿根廷 ,许多发展中国家爆发金融危机都是由短期资本的聚集和逆转造成的。随着我国的对外开放 ,我国将会面临同样的问题。关于短期资本逆转的分析 ,对包括我国在内的发展中国家具有重要意义。本文探讨了短期资本逆转的原因和影响 ,并提出了防范的方法。
