摘要
本文从知识经济时代背景出发,探索了知识管理与E-Learning系统的内在联系;构建了以知识管理为导向的E-Learning培训系统模型,并分析了实施E-Learning培训系统的条件与环境;进而阐释了这一培训系统的建立对于提高企业竞争力的重要意义。
Proceeding from the knowledge economy the paper probes into the inherent affiliation between knowledge management and E-Learning system and establishes the model of knowledge management-oriented E-Learning training system.The paper also analyses the conditions and circumstances when E-Learning training system is implemented and explains the significance of the training system as in improving an enterprise's competence.
