Recently, in order to restrict the pursuit of USA for hegemony in international affairs, Russia has take new action to the problems of Iran, Iraq and North Korea (they are called 'evil axis 'countries by USA), the relationship between these countries and Russia has improved uninterruptedly. What Russian recent behavior shows that it has its own choice and proposition on the issue of antiterrorism. The nature of Russia in international arena also has become visible. Moreover, it's impossible for Russia to follow USA when the state interest of Russia has been touched upon; therefore station interest is the foundation of Russian diplomatic policy.
