The paper states the structural type of ferry and wharf proposed for building in Tonglin City as well as the general situation of the fiver sector. The paper also analyzes the influence of the proposed wharf on the river lie of the Changjiang River and flood drainage, it calculates the scope of the partial flow arising therefrom and the adding value of the partial hammed water height. Therefore, it puts forward the feasibility of building wharf on the bank of the Changjiang River in the aspects of the fiver lie and flood control.
