摘要
对除尘脱硫塔内的气固两相流动进行数值模拟 ,在计算中采用K ε模型和颗粒轨道模型为理论模型 ,用SIMPLER及PSIC算法进行编程计算。计算结果表明 ,加装整流板后能有效的改善塔内的流场分布 。
The gas particle two phase of the simplified absorber are numerically simulated in this paper.The calculation is based on K ε 2 equation model and particle trajectory model,and SIMPLE and PISA algorithm are adopted.The results show that the board can improve the structure of flow field in absorber effectively,thus the jets deviated from the geometric center of the cyclone can be improved.
