摘要
本文分析了采样 计算式仪表的误差来源,详细讨论了此类仪表的核心部件——A/D转换器的量化误差对信号的有效值和功率测量准确度的影响,并提出了减小这种影响应取的措施。
This paper analyzes the error sources existed in the sample-computation instrument. The effect of quantization error of A/D converter, which is the key component in the instrument, on the accuracy of RMS value and power measurement is discussed in detail. Some measures to reduce the effect of A/D quantization error are also introduced.
